I traveled to northeast Arizona to photograph the annular eclipse over Cove Arch on May 20, 2012. An annular eclipse is an eclise in which the moon covers all but the bright outer ring around the sun. Since the light was so extreme, I combined two exposures to get this shot ... one for the sun & moon, one for the rest of the scene.
