I saw this dramatic lightning storm on a summer evening while driving through southern Colorado. Since it was dark out, I was able to hold my camera's shutter open until these two bolts of lightning struck just seconds apart. The storm clouds were not visible in the dark, but the bolts of lightning illimunated them, rendering them very clear and vivid in the photo.
