Upheaval Dome in Canyonlands National Park is thought by many to be a crater from a meteorite impact. But it's so big - about two miles across - that it's difficult to capture in a photograph, especially from ground level. I found a foreground that I thought would help convey the circular shape of the crater and then stitched together several images to create a 250 degree panoramic photo that shows most of the inner rim of the crater.
