Anuenue

I spotted this rainbow as I was driving up over a hill along the Piilani Highway in Maui. I immediately stopped my car and ran out to take a few handheld shots of the rainbow, thinking it would not last long. But, remarkably, this rainbow lasted for over an hour, giving me plenty of time to set up my tripod and get multiple different shots of the rainbow over the Pacific Ocean. I titled this image "anuenue," (pronounced "ah-noo-weh-noo-weh") because this is the Hawaiin word for rainbow.
